    Give With Click is a platform designed to help schools, sports teams, and student organizations run successful digital fundraising campaigns with ease.

  2. How does Give With Click work?

    The platform provides tools to that allow schools to build out rosters for various teams, classes, clubs, etc. These rosters are then used to build a fundraising campaign where each student is given a personal campaign page.

  3. Is there a cost to use Give With Click?

  4. What types of fundraising campaigns can be run on Give With Click?

    Give With Click can support many kinds of fundraising campaigns such as school-wide campaigns, multi-team campaigns, capital campaigns, annual sports fundraisers, small club campaigns, last minute campaigns, ongoing campaigns, Project Graduation fundraisers, elementary school campaigns, and more.

  5. How can donors contribute to a campaign?

    Donors may contribute by credit card on the campaign webpage. Give With Click accepts major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.

  6. Does Give With Click provide access to donor data?

    Yes, we provide access to donor data including name, email, and opt-in status. Reference our Privacy Policy for more information.

  7. Is there support available for setting up and managing campaigns?

    Yes, we will support your organization.

  8. Can we customize our fundraising campaign?

    Yes, including summary text, description text, group goal, individual goal, campaign image, and campaign duration.

  9. How are funds distributed to our organization?

    As funds clear, they are paid out daily from your organization's Give With Click Payment Processor account to your organization's bank account.

  10. Is Give With Click available outside the USA?

    Give With Click is only available to organizations based in the United States. Campaigns may accept international donations, though some countries may not be supported due to legal or logistical limitations.

  11. Does Give With Click solicit donors?

    No. Give With Click provides tools including hosted campaign pages and share links that allow your organization, its members, supporters, and donors to request donations directly. This keeps your fundraising authentic, customizable, and personal.

  12. Are Give With Click campaigns public?

    Yes. Active campaign pages are publicly accessible to anyone with the link to it. However, to maximize privacy for all individuals, Give With Click takes the following precautions. We do not publicly link to individual campaign pages. We randomize campaign page links so they are hard to guess. We empower users to set public-facing names and images according to their privacy preferences. We mark all campaign pages with the noindex directive, which tells search engines not to index them. This approach keeps campaigns easy to share while minimizing unintended visibility.

  13. Are Give With Click donations direct?

    Yes. All Give With Click donations are processed directly by the payment processing account associated with the campaign.

  14. What kind of credit cards are accepted?

    Give With Click accepts major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.

  15. Can children under 13 use Give With Click?

    No. Children under 13 are not permitted to use Give With Click.

  16. Can parents use Give With Click on behalf of their kids?

    Yes. Parents or other legal guardians may use Give With Click for the benefit of their minor children. The organization adds guardian contacts for each child. This allows guardians to login and manage Give With Click campaigns on behalf of their children.

  17. Do participants have to provide a photo for their campaign page?

    No. Participants (or their legal guardians as applicable) are encouraged to provide a photo or avatar to use on their campaign page, but this is not required.

  18. Do participants have to provide email addresses or phone numbers of potential donors?

    No. Participants contact supporters directly by email, text, social media, or whatever works best for them and your organization. Give With Click does not send messages on their behalf, but provides tools that make sharing easy, effective, and personal.

  19. How do I create a Give With Click account?

    If your organization is already using Give With Click, you must request an account from your organization. This applies to all users including students, parents, staff, and administrators. If you aren't sure if you have an account, you can try to login with your usual email address. If your organization is not using Give With Click, please contact us to get started.

  20. How do I login to Give With Click?

    Login with your email address associated with the organization. Give With Click will send you a login link (aka magic link). Click the link to login. If you don't receive a login link within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
