This policy explains Give With Click‘s fee structure.

Summary:
Give With Click provides valuable Software as a Service (SaaS) to organizations with a fair and simple pricing structure.
Use of Give With Click software is associated with two categories of cost:
- Software licenses fees associated with usage of the Give With Click platform
- Payment processing fees incurred via the Give With Click Payment Processor
Software License Fees
Except for Pay-As-You-Go Plans, Give With Click software is licensed per organization on an annual basis for a fixed annual cost. This provides maximum flexibility and value to most organizations. Annual licensing includes running as many campaigns as your organization needs within the year.
Some organizations may qualify to purchase Pay-As-You-Go plans. For Pay-As-You-Go Plans, Give With Click software is licensed per campaign for a fixed cost. Pay-As-You-Go campaigns are subject to limitations which include:
- Campaign duration may not exceed thirty days
- Organization must be associated with a school

Payment Processing Fees
Give With Click charges usage-based payment processing fees for charges associated Give With Click Payment Processor. These are billed within the Give With Click Payment Processor account:
- Domestic (US) Credit Cards: 2.95% plus 30¢ per transaction
- International (non-US) Credit Cards: 3.95% plus 30¢ per transaction
- Credit Card Chargeback Notification: $15 per notification
- Credit Card Chargeback Inquiry: $15 per inquiry
- ACH transfers: $1 per transaction
Payment processing fees are subject to change.
Additional Details
Give With Click does not charge per person or per user. Give With Click accounts needed for organization leaders, parents, guardians, organization members, and students are included in software licensing.
Give With Click does not charge per team or activity. Except for Pay-As-You-Go plans, Give With Click does not charge per campaign. Give With Click includes an organization hierarchy including activities, teams, and team members. For each campaign, Give With Click includes individual campaign pages for every participant, a shared campaign page for general donations, and campaign metrics to monitor progress.
Give With Click does not charge per donation except the payment processing fees described above. Give With Click provides a mechanism for organizations to request that donors cover fees. If a donor elects to cover estimated fees, the donation amount is increased by an amount estimated to cover the fees, the resultant total is treated as one donation. Donors may elect to not cover estimated fees and organizations may elect not to request that donors to cover estimated fees.
Except for payment processing fees described above, all funds are routed into the organization’s Give With Click Payment Processor account. Payouts to the organization’s bank account are automatic through the Payment Processor, subject to funds availability and any other applicable Payment Processor terms and conditions.
Give With Click does not solicit tips on behalf of Give With Click. We do not request “Voluntary Contributions” from your donors or otherwise solicit them on our behalf during checkout. We allow your organization to ask donors to voluntarily cover fees, any funds contributed to this go to your organization.
